Our experience with At Home By Choice (AHBC) has been exceptional, as owners Lori and Dennis take a personal approach to ensure every detail is attended to. They assessed my loved one's care needs at our home and matched her with a suitable caregiver, introducing her on the first day and promising a substitute if necessary, which they honored after just one month. AHBC genuinely cares about people, providing quality care, compassion, and support, and their app allows me to track schedules and service ratings, making me feel more connected. I am truly grateful for their dedication and highly recommend their services.

We cannot say enough about what a caring and efficient experience we have had with Dennis and his team with At Home By Choice. We unexpectedly found ourselves in a position to help an elderly friend who suddenly lost his wife. We were overwhelmed with all of the things it would take to keep him in his home in a safe and healthy environment and to navigate all of the Medicare, Medicaid, and social services that we would need some guidance on. Dennis was there to assist us and help us all along the way and we are happy to say that we believe our friend will be able to stay in his home By Choice which is everyone’s ultimate goal in our later years. I have worked for At Home by Choice for a little over a year now, and I can finally say that I love my job! Lori is such a caring and compassionate person and I am lucky to call her my boss. Her and Dennis are not only amazing owners/bosses, but genuinely wonderful people with huge hearts. Not only do they care about their employees and treat us like family, they also train us to treat our clients like family. If the time ever comes that anyone I know needs a in home caregiver for their loved ones, I will recommend my company in a heartbeat! Since taking employment within this agency I have realized that GREAT bosses and co-workers DO exist! Dennis, Lori and Katie have all made me feel like I belong and welcomed me to the family. The focus within this agency is the care and needs of our clients which is unusual to come across. I can’t say enough about the care, teamwork and integrity of At Home By Choice! The individualized care and concern for the patient is phenomenal. I am amazed at how fulfilling the needs of others could feel so rewarding! The owners are there for the clients, as well as the caregivers. Dennis and his team really helped me when my 85 year old mom fell and broke her hip. He came over while she was at the rehab center and spent a few hours going through her home and provided a list of items that would have to be changed before she came home. Now that she is home I am very pleased with the care she has received from Dennis and his team.
They are friendly, professional, an most importantly compassionate. I highly recommend At Home By Choice!
